Parrish Partners has selected Target Training International (TTI) as its career assessment tool partner. TTI was founded in 1984 as Target Training International, Ltd. Putting data-driven employment testing and research of human behavior and motivators into practice in the realms of hiring and development, TTI not only developed thought leadership, but used that knowledge to create practical business tools for placement testing and individual development for nearly three decades.

Parrish Partners offers the following employment testing assessments for executives, management staff, and professionals. TrimetrixHD®

DISC:

DISC is a behavior assessment tool centered around four different personality traits. Behavioral research suggests that the most effective people are those who understand themselves, both their strengths and weaknesses, so they can develop strategies to meet the demands of their environment. One of the most frequently used career assessment tools in industry, DISC is often used for professional development, team building, and sales training.

PIAV:

Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values, PIAV is an assessment of motivators and centers around five key motivators. This powerful tool enables individuals and teams to understand primary motivators, how to reduce conflict, and how to better communicate.

ACUMEN:

This assessment measures keenness and depth of perception or discernment, which is directly related to level of performance. The information gained will help one understand how to better analyze and interpret experiences from an internal and external perspective.

COMPETENCIES:

This assessment provides insights into 25 key competencies and ranks them from top to bottom, defining a person’s major strengths. The skills at the top highlight well-developed capabilities and reveal where one is naturally most effective in focusing his/her time.
